Spring Lee

High School Math Teacher

Mrs. Lee is both teacher and Math Department Chair at PHCS. She has a Masters Degree in Math Education and has taught for over twenty years in public school, mostly in Baltimore County. Her favorite thing about teaching math is showing students that they can learn new ways to problem solve and learn from mistakes they make. Every student has an opportunity to be successful in Mrs. Lee’s class.

She has been married for seventeen years to her husband John, Pastor of Mars Hill Baptist Church in Essex. They have five children. Three attend PHCS this year, one attends a Magnet school in Baltimore County and their oldest is a graduate of PHCS and pursuing a career in Nursing. Mrs. Lee previously homeschooled all her children for four years and promises their best subject is Math – they get it honestly from their mom.

Mrs. Lee’s most important relationship is with Jesus.  She has a passion for missions both locally as well as internationally, even traveling overseas to share the love of Jesus.   When people ask Mrs. Lee how she wears so many hats she always responds, “with God’s help.”
